Jay, The telco can loop your CSU/DSU either internal or external. They can only loop the CSU portion of your CSU/DSU. Their is a loop up command for the CSU and another command for the NIE (for 56K/64K circuits)/NIU(for full T1's) or smart jack whichever you prefer.
