It's not a problem, just a warning that you've upgraded your image and there may be lines in your configuration which are no longer supported. Just ignore it. I'm not too sure what actions get rid of it. Something I've not bothered to think about before. Be interesting to find out I suppose.
Does it go away the first time you do a write mem? If you copy the config, do a write erase and paste it back in, are there lines which are not accepted? All these questions make me realise I'm only giving you a half answer, so anybody else please take over. I haven't got a router with me to find out. It's not a problem anyway.
