I've personally used both. Quizware is cheaper, you get 500 questions for $49.99 or something like that. Both use the Boson engine. But I feel that the Boson exams offer better quality. The questions make you think. I feel that quizware follow more of the blueprint than boson. Boson helps reinforce what you learn. If I have to choose, it's boson all the way.
