The ethernet IP addresses on your routers must be in the same subnet. Remember that it's generally a good idea to have all devices that are on the same shared medium in the same subnet.
>From the looks of it, you should probably change the IP address of R2 to 192.168.1.2/24. Or, alternately, you could change the subnet mask on all three devices to 255.255.0.0, which would work but probably isn't the best solution.
