I did BSCN a few months ago. I wasn't aware that IS-IS was on the syllabus. Pretty sure it's not. I think the CCIE written is the first syllabus I saw which contains it, although I would be surprised if it doesn't appear in the Internet Solutions specialisation. In fact I'm pretty sure it will be in the BSCI syllabus. I bought Cisco Press BSCN and never saw it.
