I used both but found the certification guides to be meatier. If you can only buy one, buy it. From what I heard from an author that works with Cisco Press, the Certification guides don't have to follow the official Cisco courses as closely and so can include allot of secondary material which fleshes out the ideas more fully. Support and Remote Access were particularly good. Good luck with your studies!
