Are you talking DS3 ATM or T3, I assuming not HSSI. Then what else are you doing? You can get this connectivity in the form of an ATM NM-1A-T3 (3600, 2600 series) or PA's, PA-A3-T3, PA-T3 (7200, 7500, 7100, 7400). Look on CCO for more info on these to see if they fit your requirements. None of these require external CSU, this is good:)
