I am connecting to the aux port of my router through a dialup modem. When the aux port is connected to a Hayes modem, everything works fine. When I use a USrobotics Sportster modem the line keeps on ringing with no answer. Does anyone know why this could happen and what command shoudl I send to the modem to make it behave?
