Surprised no one has mentioned this as yet - Cisco does not want dishonest thieving slimebuckets representing them. There is a "morals" clause in your certification agreement. In fact, several of them. Check sections 7.2.d, 7.2.f, and 8. Section 16.8 is worth a read, also. This outright solicitation for theft is deserving of and cause for Cisco's attention.
