first thing to try and the easyist is to set his pc to 10/100 full and set the 6509 to do this....sometimes autonegatation doesn`t work to well,,,
to help abit more after changing the duplex/speed settings to the same... collisions as above... FCS,CRC ....usually means that the packets your switch is recieving are corrupt..check (1st driver 2nd card 3rd cable 4th switch port) Runts,giants.....these are just odd sized packets .. check (1st OS of pc..."doubt it"..second driver) as said easyist thing to do is set the duplex/speed to manual first and see where you go from there..
