Tom, Did you ever get an answer to your question? I had hoped someone would chime in on this one. I was wondering if it had something to do with subnet zero? Something doesn't seem right about that in the back of my mind, but as you pointed out, the configs are pretty much the same otherwise. What happens if you change it to 100.0.2.0/24?
