Really depends on what you want to do, what are you going to run on the router, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, what is your budget? The best hardware solution often means the best solution you can get for the money you are alloted. You could go all out and buy a GSR, but if you only have one DS3 that is kind of overkill :).
