Try this:

Also, Cisco Enterprise and SP support services like NSA used to
help in recommeding IOS upgrades using a tool called "IOSRAT".
It appears that Enterprise and SP support services might be merging
now, or at least changing somehow, and the only support portion
will be Advanced Services:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/serv/mkt/sup/sp/acs/index.shtml
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/serv/mkt/sup/sp/adsv/index.shtml

Both the Enterprise Support NSA and Service Provider SP-ACS
say they are EoS February 28th, 2002. I'm not sure what this means
for Cisco support for Enterprise and SP customers, maybe someone
from Cisco could enlighten us.

One of the best places to get recommendations is by reading and
keeping up to date on some mailing-lists on the Internet like:
http://puck.nether.net/lists/cisco-nsp/
http://www.nanog.org/email.html

Maybe that's why Cisco is restructuring their support services....
