Hi, all! I was wondering if I could apply the same network address for multipoint subinterfaces. Actually, I tried it and it works.. I mean, Cisco router didn't show me any error by doing it. However, when i try to apply the same network address for different physical ethernet interfaces, it doesn't work. Could someone explain me why? Isn't Subinterfaces like different physical interfaces?
