MrSpiffy, Good news!, the CCNA is good for 3 years instead of 2. My certificate from Cisco states valid through September 16 2003 and I passed the exam in 2000. If you were in the undertaking of CCNP and your CCNA expires then you would have to re-cert CCNA........ Get the CCNP and you will just need to pass the re-cert exam on that from here on out......
