Assuming these are Cisco routers with current IOS...

router#erase start

This returns you to factory default.  The routers will have no IP addresses,
no routing protocols, no nuthin.  They will not talk to one another.

If you are just looking to clean the files up, you need to do some research
on CCO (www.cisco.com) in order to determine what each line means.  This is
by no means a minor undertaking.  Maybe you need to hire a consultant.
