Well, IMHO what two people may consider the "best answer" is in fact
different.  What bugs me is that I seem to be unable to conclude (or guess
for that matter) what the exam writer considered the "best answer".

I agree with the statement that things are not cut and dry in the real
world.  That's why RFPs and RFQs are written and companies compete for the
"best answer"... But how do you successfully translate that experience to a
2-hour multiple choice exam.  It is difficult and I don't think Cisco
succeeded in this case.

Interestingly enough I had no problems with DCN.  The CID "answers" seem to
be more illusive...

Based on the responses thusfar, I would claim that CID 3.0 is not a
difficult exam but a poorly written exam.
