Need a little more information.

So I am clear you have:

CPE ----- T1---- Telco ----- PRI------ CPE

Is it a full T1 point to point, all 24 channels? If it is full T1, I don't 
understand the reasoning behind wanting it this way, and I don't see it 
working.

On the same physical T1, can you have some channels PRI and some plain T1? 
Absolutely, we do it on occasion. The PRI would be for ISDN video 
conferencing for example, some channels could be point to point data, and 
some long distance or Internet.
