Ziyad- if you got no response from the console using your Terminal Emulation
software, then you probably should verify that the config-register is set
correctly.

Rest the router, and within the first 10 seconds of seeing output from the
router initilizing (processing its "POST"), give the break-sequence command,
i.e., CTRL-Shift-F6, and see if you can get into ROMMON> mode.  If you can,
issue the config-register command to specify factory defaults: config-reg
0x2102.  Follow this with the 'Reset' command, and see if you can't get any
keyboard response to the Initial Configuration dialogue when it reboots.

 I understand but   I mentioned in my query that router "stucks" on that
line and takes no input (y/n).....in short it hangs.....I have changed the
console cable and the terminal emulation software but the problem is same
