Option 1: Purchase a Cisco router or switch, it comes with a copy of the documentation. (although you might get an older version, based on when the CD was packed in the box).
Option 2: Go to http://www.cisco.com/go/marketplace Click on the Cisco Company Store, and then on Subscriptions.
