I'm not sure what you mean....are you sayign you are telnetting into this beast? and then want to manipulate a port setting? Why would you want to change to port 16? What is the goal here?
If you have local access and you want to configure this guy serially, then you can hook into any non modified port at 96008n1... Some units shipped with dce defaulted and others shipped with dte...
