MEMORY is router specific..

telnet to the router and do show mem.. if i found

90600224 would be my maxbytes for mem. I use Processor mem in my mrtg
configs.. because i think the other
parts of my memory in I/0 are reserved for IOS and shouldn't be counted..
plus the OID only concerns processor
