Look at the second line of the output below. It appears that you have 3000 series software on a 2500. I don't even know what a 3000 router is! Then again, even your boot ROMs say they are for a 3000.
Hmm.... I have no idea what the deal is there. If I were you I'd upgrade the DRAM and flash and then do an IOS upgrade, if possible.
