So the answer is it depends! On what type of interface you are running. If you are using the Flexwan or Optical Service modules, then yes, it supports ingree and egress MPLS L3 VPNs as a PE. You also need a SUP2/MSFC2/PFC2 to do this. Might want to be running Native code set also.
The issue really has to deal with the capabilities of the PFC2. It does not understand MPLS at all and it can not support multiple FIB entries. So you need these cards to accomodate MPLS. For now!
