Worked this way for me:

router bgp 1
 bgp log-neighbor-changes
 neighbor 1.1.1.1 remote-as 2
 neighbor 1.1.1.1 timers 0 0


R5(config-router)#neighbor 1.1.1.1 timers 0 ?
    Holdtime
