Do you know if this works just as easy with 2600's?? I only mentioned in my previous post before about removing the autoconfigure line because just a week ago, I had this problem, and finally removing the line helped allow the modem dial-in.
I assume also that there is no difference in operation if you are using a 33.6 or a 56k USR Modem!?!? (aside from specifying your baud rate) ... and speaking of baud rate, does anybody know why when you give the "speed xxxxx" under the line Aux 0 interface, and then exit out to exec mode, do a show run, and look at the config for the line Aux 0, 9 times out of 10, it'll show something else OTHER than what you just typed in!?! -Mark -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Alex Lee Sent: Thursday, April 18, 2002 9:04 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: US Robotics modem to Cisco 2514 [7:41894] This is what I have used for a 2501.
