Sorry, I guess that wasn't very clear. Suppose you attain an R/S CCIE and now wish to go for security or C/S. As the lab is the same for all three, is it necessary to keep retaking the lab or will the written be enough? I assume you probably do have to take the lab again, however since it is the same test you have already passed,it just seems redundant.
