I'm sure you can find horror stories from some people with any large provider even my favorite Qwest ;) I have worked with Genuity and the person I worked with on setting up the peer was competent and we got it working with no problems and reliability as far as I know has been good. I can site the same for Sprint, MCI, AT&T, Onvoy, Qwest and others as well. I also have worked with people from the same providers that were, shall we say, less experinced, less customer focused and harder to work with. The point being most of the large providers are pretty stable and well connected and it often comes down to the customer experience which can vary with the same organization.
