a) At HQ does your Frame connection aggregate PVCs from several spokes such that the total CIR of all the spokes greatly exceeds the capacity of the port? b) Have you checked the interface statictics for the router's connection to the switch? c) What about test transfers from PC to PC at the remote site OK/Not OK ?
