Steaming audio would be caught by your porn filter! On the other hand, StReaming audio and video tends to be very difficult to block, as most of the programs that do that sort of thing will function just fine on port 80. I don't think you want to block port 80.
You didn't mention what application(s) are involved. The best way to find out what ports are involved is to research the individual applications and find out what ports they use.
