first and foremost I am using the materials found at http://www.cisco.com/univercd/home/home.htm
based on what I saw last time through, based on what a couple of recently successful people have told me, and based on what I am seeing as I study the 3550 documentation, I believe that my time is better spent here than elsewhere. When I look closely at BGP again I will use the Parkhurst book, supplemented by the 12.1 command reference. Parkhurst was apparently prepared using 12.0. For DLSw I will again look at the Nam-Kee book. I use Soltie for a sanity check, and for material to test. I keep running into things he says that don't seem right. I have a lot of notes for quick and dirty labs. I will probably put in some time with the NLI labs, as well as some of the other well known study labs - that won't happen for another couple of months.
