There is no command, this command automatically reloads the line card
microcode in the event of a single line card failure where in the past a
complete c-bus reset occured.  In my previous post I mentioned you can
reset the VIP from the if-console and I had SLCR enabled which does make
the reload quicker but it still burped, though I am running beat code.
It was better than a complete reload of the box though as far as
downtime is concerned.
