Solved it! For some strange reason, this router, unlike ALL of my other equipment (6 other routers and a Cat5k switch) was having a problem with the fact that my terminal was set to for hardware flow control. This was nothing in the config, as there wasn't one on the router, it must just have been the version of the software it's running. (11.2-blah-blah...old). It's a new router to me, so I'm certainly going to upgrade it now! Thanks for reading!
