the proper way to do this is to use the "archive" command.

watch the wrap.

this is one of the new ways of doing things. copy tftp flash will work, but
then the image doesn't load. been there. been frustrated by that. this is
one of the things that starts to make sense after you've fooled with the OS
a bit. bit it is contrary to what you learned on routers.

the archive command format is much more unix-like
