Hi all . There are different roles within voice specialization . for example i took the track for achieve this two specializations.
Cisco IP Telephony Support Specialist requirements:CCNP,CVOICE,DQOS,CIPT Cisco IP Telephony Operations Specialist requirements:CCNA,DQOS,IPTT(still not taken by me) And there are other roles focused to design , to Cisco Unity , and so on. The order from easier to harder , at least for me has been : easier --- DQOS--->CIPT--->CVOICE ---harder passing scores. -------------- CVOICE:710 pts CIPT:699 pts DQOS:720 pts IPTT (IP Telephony Troubleshooting) exam is the only one remaining to pass by me , and i wonder if somebody knows something about this exam , and when can i get supplementary materials to study.
