Then that presumably gives some bounds. At the time IP telephones are 
added to the equipment list, it might be reasonable to assume 
connectivity via the Call Manager, but not the Call Manager itself, 
would be part of the lab.

It's probably reasonable to assume that an analog or ISDN simulator 
could be present now, so calls between FXS/FXO, E&M, or ISDN ports 
are possible.
