Hi.. I want to create cluster management suite for my whole network. But after I create the first 2900 switch as the command switch, I found that I can't find any candidates for it to convert to cluster member.
For your information, we have many 2900 switches in our network, but all the 2900 switches are connected to 3 catalyst 5505 switch and the 3 catalyst 5505 switch are connected together with fiber optic. There are no 2900 switches connect to each other, all connected to 5505 switches. >From the topology view in CMS, I can only see one 2900 switch is connected one 5505 switch and 5505 is disqualified for cluster. Where is the other 2900 switches that connected to the 5505 switch? I know may be 5505 is not capable for clustering but my other 2900 switches should be able to but it is not directly connected to the command switch.
