Hi Dave, Just a brief comment to make on implementing BVI on Cisco Routers. From what I have experienced in the past, BVI does indeed actually eat up quite a lot of Router CPU.
One thing that I would really suggest is to look into using RBE instead of BVI. This will definetely result in less CPU processing, and make a solution potentially more scalable.
