Thank you for the candour, but I am not looking for shortcuts. I have spent hours reading just about every topic under the 3550. Needless to say, to cover all in its entirety that would take a long time. Time which I would like to use constructively and not spend chasing shadows. If Cisco were polite enought to regard eg ISDN and not dial modems for DDR as a core topic (and publically anounce such) then surely I could expect the same trimming of needless topics to cover in the case of the 3550.
