Yes you can do this though I don't know if you can combine 8 BRI's. I have done 3 before and it worked fine. You basically asign each BRI to a dialer pool with the "dialer pool-member x" command and under the dialer interface these pool members are associated to the dialer interface using the "dial pool x" command.
