I don't know what Sup card you have. I have a 4006 with a WS-X4013 (may be
Sup I or II.) It uses the "set" commands CatOS.
Cat4006> (enable) set vlan 2
Vlan 2 configuration successful
Cat4006> (enable) set vlan 2 4/14-15
VLAN 2 modified.
VLAN 1 modified.
VLAN  Mod/Ports

2     4/14-15
