Amen to this statement.. as an *ex* boss of mine found out a few years ago when I was the one interviewing him. I did give it an honest try and was happy to find out that he did not have the skills we needed. I had actually tried to get out of doing the interview due to intense personal disklike of the man but my boss told me *that he expected and demanded me to be professional*... good lesson that was filed away in the *note to self* catagory.
