I was just curious. I've almost bought that one a couple of different times in the past (at any given moment there are always two or three of them listed) as it doesn't specifically state "Sales Essentials" as some of the ones obviously geared towards sales folks do but I still wonder if it's very detailed. I think the info on Cisco's link that you also posted is just what the doctor ordered. Thanks.
