I haven't check lately but not too long ago if you wish to install OSM's you must run native mode and most voice modules are only supported in hybrid. Other than that is more of a personal preferance. I have customers running both, though most are hybrid yet, and neither seems more or less stable than the other.
With the 4500 now out the only platform running OS is the 6500 so it's only a matter of time before OS is relagated to our collective memories!
