Hi , I suspect your using the wrong feature to accomplish your task. The feature you�re using: CBWFQ, is a queuing mechanism that "kicks" in when congestion is faced. The following is from CCO :
"The bandwidth assigned to a class is the guaranteed bandwidth delivered to the class during congestion.�. >From what I can gather, you�re trying to create virtual pipes from your main pipe. Try using CAR (committed access rate).
