A friend of mine mentioned that it was not possible to do traffic shaping or LLQ on a VLAN interface located on an MSFC or RSM in a Catalyst 6500 and Catalyst 5500 respectively. Can anyone verify this. Cisco's feature navigator suggested that it certainly was possible on the MSFC but I didn't see anything regarding the RSMs in the 5500.
