when dealing with nmba, the "broadcast" keyword should be applied always. as in "frame-relay map protocol address" on a point-to-point subinterface ( the only kind on which you may use the "frame-relay interface-dlci" command ) there is no need for the broadcast keyword. Therefore the switch does not exist.
