CiscoView is a single device manager. There is CiscoView that comes with CiscoWorks CDOne, and an embedded version that is available on most Catalyst products in images with CV. It is a web based view of the device in question, that allows monitoring and configuration. In a multi-vendor environment HP OpenView would be required, none of the CiscoWorks Management products are multi-vendor.
