the office 3000 concentrator will route packets between each spoke client (3002). Its sort of like a hub & spoke frame relay network in a routing sense.
For implementation, just make sure the 3002 are passed routes via their split tunneling network list on the the 3000 concentrator. Or if your not using split tunneling, the 3002's should be picking up all routes anyway, as reachable via the 3000 (except their default gateway, or course!) You will run network extension mode on with the 3002's (NOT PAT OVER TUNNEL).
