If they're being blocked at your firewall it may best to just leave them alone. I don't know if it's very helpful to try to track hackers down. Besides, you might not be seeing the true source IP address, but I suppose that depends on the particular attack they were attempting. If you're curious, you can go to www.arin.net/whois and enter the IP address. That will return information regarding the administrator and 'owner' of that netblock. If you really decide that it's necessary, you could contact the administrator listed on that page, assuming that information is even correct. I'd suggest that since you're aware of them it's not going to do much good to pursue them. On the other hand, that depends on the nature of their attacks and the nature of the information you're trying to secure.
